Where Are The Eggs?
This book was created with
an Easter theme and position words in mind. All pages follow the
sentence frame shown. New vocabulary is supported with pictures.
Sight words include: a, the, color words, and position words: in, behind, under,
beside, and on. Students color pictures to match text. It's created
in a full page, portrait format with expanded text for easier reading.
All text is at the bottom of the page. The pages are not numbered so that
you may arrange them as you choose. (7 pages)
I also created Pocketchart
Picture Cards for this book. It has all the pictures from the book
already formatted in the size to fit in your pocketchart. Just copy the
pictures onto cardstock, color, laminate, and cut apart and you're ready to go.
The pocketchart pictures are definite timesavers! (6 pictures)

Peter Cottontail
This book was written as an
adaptation of the song "Here Comes Peter Cottontail." It would be a great
addition to an Easter or Spring Unit. The book was created in a full page,
portrait format. All pages have only one line of text and all text is
supported by picture cues. All text is at the bottom
of the pages and is written in an easy to read, expanded format.
The sight words used are: got, for, here, the, down, a, too, and, an. (8 pages)
